Leadership Lake County strives to provide community leaders with an opportunity to:

•    Consider the issues that challenge the business, government and non-profit leaders of our County
•    Consider the impact that political and business decisions have on the entire community
•    Strengthen collaboration with other community leaders
•    Participate actively in a class community project
•    Provide on-going support of activities that will strengthen the community through the efforts of an active alumni group.
