Leadership Lake County provides a forum for participants to increase their awareness and commitment to the development of the Lake County community.  The program provides a greater understanding of the complex social and economic issues that are shaping the future of Lake County and it’s residents. By raising the levels of awareness, knowledge, and active participation in the county as a whole, class members are better prepared to lead the county in the future.

We provide community leaders with opportunities to understand issues facing our business, government and non-profit leaders and consider the impact that political and business decisions have on the community.  We facilitate and provide opportunities to and strengthen collaboration with other community leaders.

Lasting friendships are formed and the momentum continues as Leadership Lake County provides on-going support of activities that strengthen the community. Annual class initiatives and the efforts of an active alumni group help insure a continued legacy of growth, development, and commitment to Lake County.
